How to use they/them/their is correct English but not as Mr.Woke wants it.

What this lady is speaking about here is correct English of course.

But, using they/them/their as the woke brigade would have it and when a person is speaking face to face to someone is not correct and should not get mixed up with correct English because it isn’t. You have a similar issue when gender removed nouns are used, like actor/actress or manager/manageress etc. it’s all serving to dilute the an English language and wrong in my opinion. If they tried to remove the ’A’s and ‘O’s in Latin derived languages it would literally fall apart.
