There are reports this morning that a referendum in Belarus has passed that may allow Russia to place nuclear weapons on Belarussian soil.
That being the case what are the plans for Belarus? Apart from anything else I thought they were our friends but maybe that’s displaced? They certainly seemed to enjoy playing football in Europe.

It’s my opinion they should be financially excluded like Russia and when the day of reckoning comes they should be judged the same.
